STAFF ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION UNIT
The Port Authority of NY & NJ required a temporary facility to house the machine, storage and staff requirements of their Staff Engineering Maintenance and Construction Unit (SEMAC). SRW developed a simple industrial building aesthetic with a functional plan to maintain the existing programmatic requirements found in their current location while allowing for the best possible design build construction process.
