SRW is working together with various Architects across the country providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection engineering services for the construction of Shake Shack restaurants. Restaurants vary and include street level commercial spaces with walk-up/pick windows in urban neighborhoods, food cart restaurants in malls and pad site locations with drive up and drive through lanes in suburban areas. Each site is approximately 3,500 square feet and include full commercial kitchens with pollution control units for the kitchen exhaust systems.
