An interior renovation of the offices at Columbia University’s Armstrong Building in Harlem, New York, with approximately 60,000 SF of existing office space on five floors renovated to meet new standards for work environments including collaboration areas featuring large screen video conferencing within an open floor plan and a lush Eco Wall vertical plant system. Walls were replaced with full height glazing panels with new fixtures and furniture through-out. Electrical service was upgraded, and the HVAC Systems cleaned and balanced. This renovation also included a 9’ x 15’ foot state-of-the-art “Hyper-Wall”, a High-Definition digital display wall. Preparation of construction documents to install all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm including field survey, plans, specifications, calculations and client design meetings.
