SRW provided Architecture and Engineering services for a fire alarm upgrade at Mastercard’s International Global Headquarters facility in Purchase NY. Originally designed by I.M. Pei of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, this 450,000 SF building is known as the “Architectural Jewel of Westchester” and consists of a central saw-toothed parallelogram and two quarter circle wings. SRW conducted field survey and reconnaissance for existing conditions, produced architectural backgrounds and prepared construction documents to upgrade the existing fire alarm system which included sequence and phases to minimize outages, service interruptions and shutdowns.
