SRW provided Architecture and Engineering services for a fire alarm upgrade at 100 Gold Street, NYC. 100 Gold Street is a 100,000 SF municipal building that is managed by the NYC Department of City Administrative Services. SRW conducted field survey and reconnaissance for existing conditions, produced architectural backgrounds and prepared construction documents for a new fire alarm system which included sequence and phases to minimize outages, service interruptions and shutdowns.
