NYC OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET
The New York City Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is responsible for all NYC budgets. As part of its function, OMB develops specific projects on an as needed basis. SRW worked on several projects for OMB. SRW provided MEP assessments for numerous facilities including but not limited to the Author Ashe and Louis Armstrong Tennis facilities, Bronx Community College Campus, Jacobi Medical Center and the Queens Zoo. These projects were necessary assessments for OMB to determine capital budget requirements for New York City’s physical assets.
